Booking Process:

1. Fill in a Booking Request using the on-line form
2. We reply with the confirmation of availability for your date(s) and a deposit request by email.
3. You pay the tour deposit via Pay Pal through our website.

4. We send your Booking Confirmation and E-Voucher by email.

Booking Request:

once you decide which tour you would like to book, go to the Book Now page. Complete the Booking Request on-line, including any special requests you may have.

Confirmation of Availability and Deposit Request:

once we receive your Booking Request we will respond by email to confirm the availability of your date(s), usually within 24 hrs. In this email we will also provide detailed instructions on how to pay the tour deposit, which is necessary to complete your booking. The amount of the tour deposit varies by type of tour.

Payment of Deposit:

when we receive your deposit via PayPal, your booking is complete. You can pay your deposit through PayPal. Please indicate your tour date for which you are paying the deposit.

Booking Confirmation and E-Voucher:

we will send you a Booking Confirmation and electronic voucher (e-voucher) by email. Your e-voucher contains a summary of your tour information (tour name, date, time, number of participants), precise meeting point instructions, guide contact telephone number, emergency contact telephone number, and a summary of the amount you have paid as tour deposit and the balance due on tour day. Please bring your e-voucher with you on your tour.

Payment Methods

Paying the Tour Deposit:

you will receive a request for a tour deposit together with the confirmation that your tour date is available. We accept deposit via PayPal for tour deposits. Please indicate your tour date for which you are paying the deposit.

Paying the Tour Balance:

the balance for your tour is to be paid in cash on tour day (in Euro).
At the moment we do not accept credit card payments for the balance of your tour on tour day. If you’d prefer to pre-pay by PayPal/credit card, please contact us to make prior arrangements (at least 48 hrs before your tour).

Cancellation Policy

Venice Day Trips applies a cancellation fee equal to the tour deposit in case of cancellation more than 15 days before the tour date. Cancellations made from 14 days before the tour date to the date of the tour result in full payment due. No-shows also result in full payment due. All cancellations must be requested in writing.

E-Vouchers

You will receive your e-voucher once your booking is complete by email. The e-voucher contains a summary of your tour information (tour name, date, time, number of participants), precise meeting point instructions, guide contact telephone number, emergency contact telephone number, the amount you have paid as tour deposit and the balance due on tour day.

Please bring your e-voucher with you on your tour.

Gift Certificates

We offer various options for gift certificates. You can choose to give a specific tour or activity which can be booked at a later date, or you can choose to give a gift certificate for a specific amount that the recipient can use towards his/her purchase. Contact us by email for more details.
